made in the USA and measuring 9in x 18in and made by Ande Rooney. It is in very good condition. It’s color and detail are much more vivid than shown in the pic. Buyer to pay shipping by Priority Mail according to zip code zone. Multiple purchases will be combined and shipped thru Fed Ex if cheaper.
