1938 BENDIX ECLIPSE SMD 2 hpは、前に入手したBendix 1937 Eclipse 2hpと兄弟なのです。
このＳＭＤというタイプは、イグニッションがバッテリーではなく、マグネットーなのです。

エンジンはまったく同じです。

Up for auction is a very nice 1938 BENDIX ECLIPSE SMD 2 h.p. made in Brooklyn N.Y. by Bendix Aviation Crop. Marine Divion. This 73 year old motor is magnito ignistion and has great spark and compression.The motor is very clean and to the best of my knowledge is complete and original except for the prop nut. One of the cooling fins and the tip of one of the rope shive is missing a very small peice,see picture.
